Warm-up for 5 minutes first:
10 push-ups
20 squats
10 pull-ups
20 sit-ups
10 box jumps
This is a timed routine.
Perform all 5 exercises in order listed, for a total of 4 rounds, as fast as you can. (AFAYC)
Comment below with your total finishing time.
This routine can be done twice per week. (The second time you perform this routine, you should add five reps to every exercise, go slow/controlled, only 3 rounds, and rest in between rounds.
Good Luck!

ReplyDeleteOCTOBER 6th... (delayed posting)
ReplyDeleteVincent's FIRST attempt, timed...
10 pushups, 20 squats, 10 situps, 10 pull ups, 10 box jumps (32"), 20 russian twists. 1 Minute rest in between rounds (4 rounds).
Round 1: 2:58
Round 2: 3:35
Round 3: 3:55
Round 4: 4:02
TOTAL: 13:50
Note - My situp station, my box jump, and my pull ups are in different locations at this time, so my times are a little inflated from running from one location to the next. Also, should I just total the time?
Vincent's SECOND attempt, NOT timed...
ReplyDelete20 pushups, 20 squats, 20 situps, 10 pullups, 10 box jumps, 20 russian twists (25lbs dumbell)... for a total of 4 rounds.
Note - I increased a few of the reps because this routine wasn't timed (i.e. 20 pushups instead of 10).
Starting over again:
ReplyDeleteAlex used a 31" box jump, WITH a BOSU ball on top (41" total height), and pull-ups on rings. 16min flat.
Laura used a 25" box jump, ring rows instead of pull-ups. SHE ALSO REQUESTED BURPEES INSTEAD OF PUSH-UPS! (This chick is BAD ASS!!) 17:28 total time.
