100 jump rope unders. (If you can perform double-unders, only 50 reps)

Holidays and School work messed up my workout schedule, but I did manage to get this workout in… spectacular as usual, Alex.
ReplyDeleteI still have the same problem with my workout stations being far apart at my house though: Deadlifts in garage, box jumps in backyard, pull-ups in side yard, jump ropes in drive way. So my times are a little inflated. Additionally, I had to do the handstand pushups with wall assist, and I still can’t go down all the way (half way before breaking point), and I let the 1 minute timer continue to tick down during my plank holds, even though I broke them a few times each set.
